Before You Order
- Order based on your actual skin needs. If your skin is sensitive, visit our showroom in person before buying.
- Order according to your specific needs — avoid ordering impulsively based on promotions or live sessions.
Using Our Products
- Always do a patch test before using any product on your skin.
- To judge our quality, start with a single product. If it suits you, gradually increase to two, then three, and so on.
- Learn the correct usage of a product before applying it. We do not sell products with guaranteed results — effects vary by skin type, so use accordingly.
- Follow a consistent skincare routine to keep your skin naturally glowing, fresh, and clear.
Health & Safety
- If you are under a dermatologist's care, please do not use any of our products.
- First, try the supplement and see if you get positive results. If the result is positive, then continue using it for 6 months to 1 year. Products should not be used by anyone under 16, or during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
Delivery & Inspection
- Inspect your order in front of the delivery person at the time of delivery. Complaints raised afterward cannot be accepted.
Refund, Return & Exchange
- Refund, Return, or Exchange will not be accepted without a valid reason.
